Refund & Return Policy
If there is any issues with your product, you can raise a refund, replacement or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. You will have to mail the photos of the product with photos to or whatsapp at 9884894765.
The products are handmade, hence there might be slight difference in color and size between what the product photo displayed and the actual product. The difference will not be material and in those cases we will not be able to refund/replace/exchange the product.
In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
Returns/Refunds is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. If the seller has provided a policy regarding refund/returns & exchange, the policies provided by the seller for the product will prevail over the general policy.
Following are the return guidelines:
1. Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the condition that the product is Correct and complete.
2. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be accepted by seller for return.
3. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
4. Once the return is received, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method.
5. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT))
